How would this work?

But this is on sale and i would like to upgrade to 2gigs

Would thay work good together? or have any probs sence thay are diff brands?

Because i'm not sure if my ram ( since its the same brand and i bought it the same day, if it runs better or something ) Would i loose performance by using 2 diff brands, even though there both pc3200, 400mhz ?

should work but i cant swear to it. generally when you mix ram the timings and clock speed adjust to the slowest stick. most of the time mixing works but not having used ultra very often its a risk. for that price you could get all ultra ram

If you mix and match brands, often times you'll lose dual channel capabilities. It should work just fine, but won't be as fast. If at all possible, buy 2 identical sticks.
