Default how well my machine OC?

i'd like to know / get some opinions and/or some experienced guess about how much OC gain i wil get from my set up.
and please explain to me how much noticable gain i can get w/ some example would be very helpful. (like ** to ** fps gain on ***game, etc..)
because i just built my first monster game rig and its gonna be up and running next week when i get the vcard. but i have never OC before so i want to get some idea before i try OC'in. so pls look at my sig below....
i think i got pretty good set up for OC. (i kno if i get water coolin set up, i get more. but for now for fan cooling) but i have no idea what to expect from this.
thx for ur help!

fark, that's a nice system you have..
the rig you have should set you up for a nice overclock, although the 4800+ being a higher end CPU, I'm not sure how much potential it would have left.
it probabbly would have potential for higher clocks than the other chips.
AMD would have speedbinned it as a one of the highest clocking chips (which is why it's a 4800+) so it might just clock pretty high

boomstick... I'd wait a year or two before you overclock. You just don't need it, period.
