how to set up 3 drives

i want to hook up 3 CD/ DVD drives in my tower 2 IDE drives and 1 SATA i dont kno how to hook up the jumpers in the back of the drives do i put one as master and then the other 2 as slave? how should it work?

On each channel you need to put a master and slave

Put all the hard drives on their own channel and set them to master, play around with as many combo's as you want.

huh? unless i'm slow and can't read properly....you can't have 2 masters on the same ide cable for the hard drives???
