How to overclock the CPU in Peonix BIOS?

Well it's not just because it's a Phoenix BIOS. It mainly has to do with how many options the motherboard manufacturer decides to add to those particular boards. Some boards are meant for overclocking some aren't

You need to have:

CPU FSB
AGP/PCI Bus Lock
Multiplier
Vcore

You need atleast all those things to succesfully overclock. Sounds like your board is simply outdated and I doubt you'll have the options you require for proper overclocking

That is really a old PC you got there. Maybe you want to try some kind of software to overclock it. By the way, what is your cpu temperature?
