Default How to over clock my Fx-4100

I dont know anything about over clocking, but i wana try, my specs - ASUS M5A97 Mobo
Antec 650 Watt
AMD FX 4-100 Black edition
and GTX 570
i just wana know what i can do to oc the cpu without messing up anything. Thanks

Lucky for u i have an AMD FX 4100 well for me You Open AMD Vision Engine, Then go to performance click cpu overdrive then click override excisting settings then click auto tune then their u go
