Default How much of a boost we talking here?

What kind of performance increases can I see from running my cpu at 2500mhz and ram at 250mhz to running the cpu at 2700mhz and the ram at 270mhz (same timings, slight voltage increases).

i3 540 @ 3066 MHZ
4GB DDR3 1600 1T 9-9-9-28
2x 750GB
HD 5750 @ 850/2400
Thermaltake 630W
Antec Lanboy Air

You wouldn't notice a difference. You don't really notice and overclock until it gets drastic, usually the only way to tell between stock and OC is to run benchmarks.
