Question How To Know If Parts Are Compatible?

How do I know if the prossesor, cpu, and hard drive is compatible with the mother board? Plz help me out, thank you

Ok, ill help you out again.

Do you have either a processor or a mobo picked out? If so check out the specs (socket, FSB,etc) and then find parts that will work with those.

quite easy. if u check they will always list the socket that the motherboard is and what connections it has. all u need to do is match them up with the other parts. eg if u have a sata hdd u will need sata ports on the motherboard. if u have a socket 939 cpu u will need a socket 939 on the motherboard ect ect
