How do I remove the ATX pins

What do I need to remove them with, where can I buy it, and how is it done?

Oops, my bad. I mean the 20-pin power connector on the motherboard.
Sleeving the cable.

There should just be a latch on one side that you can press down that will release it from the holder on the motherboard. After you get it off you will have to pop out the pins if you are going to sleeve it. There are tutorials online with pictures on how to pop out the pins for a good sleaving job.
