How do i Overclock a 3870

k im staying with 860/1250 and got a 300 point increase in 3dmark which i am very happy with, I am going to stay with that, i don't have extra cooling. The temps i got after 3dmark test was average 55 degrees, and about 35 degrees idle, i just used ati overdrive which worked well, but i guess when i choose to overclock furthurer i wont use that. ohh and sorry for the triple post.
