How to clean up case?

Ok heres my sys:

x800gto with vf900 cooler. p4 3.08ghz with stock cooler. Msi pm8m mobo. 2x 512mb stick ram. 2 36" IDE cables. sony CD/DVD Rom. 1 60gb hd 1 120gb hd and 30gb hd. I have 2 silverstone 110cfm 120mm fans and 1 thermaltake 90mm 75cfm fan. I have 430 thermaltake psu that comes with thermaltake soprano. I want to arange my computer in a way that I get best cooling possible! I will get pictures later but, the hds flipped around may look better but with all the other crap not possible to organize, it doesnt matter and temps went up.

depending on your case... stuff as much wiring behind the mobo as possible... or on the back panal side of the drive area.

Well behind mobo would imo be outta question but if I run out of room behind cages I will shove em there. I have to not flip hds around or else my $15 fan is pointless in pushing air. There are also a few other crevises I can hide things in will. Will post pics and more in morning (like when suns out, lol).
