im pretty close to your score if you compare my 3dmark03 to your 3dmark05

Theres no way in hell you got a 6800GT stock 350/1000 to run 400/1600....the core frequency of 400Mhz is easily possibly, buuuut eh sorry a 600MHz increase on the memory is not...beyond that you'd be getting a much higher score than what you posted there.
