Yeah the capacitors are the little barrel looking things stuck to the motherboard. If you bend them, they might break off and I'm not sure what would happen, but I imagine it wouldn't work anymore. So be careful there.

Its in between 2 of the hook things to take of the brackets and on a pci slot. Its really secure actually, when i push down on it, it doesnt even move

My card is now at 49c is that good? and my cpu is at 35 and mobo at 29 they have dropped a lot.

Yeah its just on those green bits you can see in the pic. are those temps good. i know the cpu and mobo are what about the gfx card? wats ur temps?

My 7800GT idles around 30C But then again i have a VF700-CU on there and my homemade PCI slot cooler so
