help setting up the BIOS

Well from my last post you are all probably sick of me. But i did get the monitor to display, I dont know what I did, but it works now. Now im setting up the bios

What do i need to do to settup the bios? Do I need to updated the bios first? Also im not sure if this is correct but this is what is showing up in the bios menus for whats connected.

Primiary Master: none
Primary Slave: CD/ROm drive
Secondary master: none
Secondary Slave:none
Third Master: hard drive (is a SATA Harddrive)


is that correct or should the cd rom be primary master?

Not sure what to do with the bios. Could someone help please.

I think the your hard drive should be set to primary master.

how do i change the hard drive to Primary IDE Master?

on the hard drive it should show how to set up the master and slave, Like on the box,

if not then you basically just need to connect the cord labeled Master to the Hard drive and leave the Slave hanging since you dont have another HD
