Help Overclocking X300

I have a VAIO with the specs:

3.6 Pentium 4 HT
1 gig DDR 400 Memory
250 gig Hard Drive
ATi X300 (128 mb)

How do I overclock it and how much should I overclock it? Everything on my PC is stock, nothing is overclocked yet.

You should be able to use a program called atitool to overclock it (google it). Just start raising the core speed by a few MHz and running 3DMark03 until you get memory slashes/artifacts during the test. No one can tell you exactly how far to overclock it, since every chip is unique. You'll probably want to read up a bit before you start.

Yeah, my X300 does suck. It came stock with the PC. I plan on buying a X1800 XT when the price falls from 500 to about 250-300.
