Help overclocking new computer with AMD 955 Quad

My build (thanks to the forums) consists of:

Looking through these programs it looks like I can OC it pretty easily but I dont want to just start clicking buttons and end up messing up the computer since it is only a few weeks old.

EDIT: When I have my game on, the internet going and a youtube video in the background my CPU temp goes from 34 to 42*.
