Exclamation Help with Overclocking

I am new to overclocking I dont know very much, My bios/motherboard whatever prevents overclocking cant be overclocked...I may be wrong but this is what im wondering.

My System:
Motherboard: ECS 945GCT-M3 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Celeron e1500 dual core @ 2.2Ghz
GPU(May try overclocking it) HIS Radeon 4830
Power Supply: 650w
RAM: 2g DDR2

Wondering if this system could be overclocked,

Thanks

Is it a prebuilt? If its not then you can oc, but nearly every prebuilt computer you can not overclock.

you download a ocing program for the gpu, such as ATI tool. Then you just adjust the setting, be careful not to do to much etc. I can't really guide you on how much as i dont have experience with that gpu, and when i oc i experiment with settings.
