Just throwing this in.. I have a xeon3220 @ 3.4ghz w/ 1.5v and northbridge 1.5v
I can't get it stable past 3.54ghz and I would have to go past 1.6v for 3.6g.. My system has ran P95 for over 4 hours so I consider it quite stable considering I just recently bumped up my northbridge to contain the issue of Stop 0024.
I use nvidia's system monitor and typically the cpu gets to about 70c on a hot evening and gaming, otherwise it's typically @ 65c and below during gaming.
