Smile help finding an fps program

hey, sry if this is just a stupid question, but what program could i get that would give me my in-game frames-per-seconds? like the ones i saw in so many cs pics.

There's a command in CS, I think try "net_graph 2" in console.

ok, but is there a program that u can use to get ur fps in any games?
