Help cooling down my PC

I have the same heatsink on my setup,It work's alright but it can be pretty loud when you crank it up,My temp's usually stay around 38-42*c idle and it goe's up around 47*c or so when under load.

Get the Thermalright XP-90 or XP-120 if you can fit in on.

you definiutly need a new heatsink and fan mine runs a lot cooler than that and it is heavily overclocked so u do need a new heatsink and fan sucks to be u i have stock kooling lol HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Just wanna make sure...

This heatsink (XP-90) says that it covers P4s with 3.2 GHz and up. Its for the same socket, so will it also cover my 2.8 GHz processor? (probably a noob question)

Yeah you'll be fine with the XP-90. I'd personally take a panaflo or sanyo denki (not sure if they make those in 92mm size) or another 35mm thick fan since you'll get better airflow. The denki particularily has good flow/noise ratio. You're all good with what you've listed above though.
