help on a build

Got a new video card and still it didn't help. Same problem, when I first install the processor and heat sink the computer would come up and I see a black screen, and it said "Warning! Now system is in safe mode. Please re-setting CPU or Memory Ratio/Frequency in CMOS setup." Then I went into the CMOS setup and check that everything is on auto detecting. I am not changing anything just let it detect everything on its own. I exit and reboot. Once I reboot, the computer would run but I do not get a display. The screen ask to check for the connection. I need help on setting the CMOS if it need resetting. What can I do right now to make the display work other than pulling the heat sink and processor off and reinstalling everything (which then it will display anything again).
