Heatsinks with changable fans

Can someone recommend some heatsinks for my socket 754 AMD 64 3200+, that have changable fans, perferably 80mm in size? Im looking for a decent heatsink to replace my stock hsf, but I have a whole UV Green thing going on, and I want it to match everything.

How big are the fans on the first one? If there 90mm is there such thing as a converter that will bring them down to 80mm? Because there really isn't much to choose from when is comes to sizes other than 80mm. I also found this, http://www.xoxide.com/ufofan1.html I think that might be the exact same fan thats on the first heatsink, just in UV Green.
