Default Heatsinks, with added fans?

Well I was looking at various Heatsinks, espcially those larger ones shaped like a tower, like these:

Im trying to go for preformance, but im also trying to make the insides of my case look good too. First off, are any of these a good choice? Second, do these all fit standard 80mm fans, or are they specially fit fans? Also can I put cfan grills on the outside of the fans like you would on the outside of your case? Finally if non of these use standard fans, can someone recommend a nice heatsink that does?

Yeap, those will work with any 80mm fans, some of those said 70mm also.. and yes you can put a fan grill on there as long as the screws you use to screw the fans into the hs are long enough. Those are pretty neat looking, hope it cools well =/
