Exclamation Heatsink help! Zalman 7700 cu! Chance to win free cooler

I have a pentium 4 3.4 prescott. Prescott=extreme heat. I am looking into purchasing a zalman 7700 cu. It is about 5.16" in diameter, solid copper, and weighs 916 grams. I contact zalman and they said it will fit perfect for the motherboard i have. Can anyone tell me if this heatsink will cool my prescott good? Currently my load is 70. If anyone has this heatsink please tell me what type of cooling results you got.
