heatsink and fan

I am building a system with a 939 opteron 170 and a dfi lanparty ultra-d mobo (if that makes a difference), buying it oem. What is a good heatsink and fan system i could use (i know that as5 is the best)

THe ZALMAN CNPS9500 or the ZALMAN CNPS7700-CU are really good. The 9500 is only a bit better than the 7700cu. IMO, I would just go with the 7700cu. It's priceerformance ratio is a bit better.

Scythe Ninja with any quiet 120mm fan is the way to go. You can get the Ninja for about 40 bucks and then add the cost of the fan it will be cheaper than the 9500 and either the same or better performing.
