yea... do you have a different cooling fan that will fit your socket motherboard that you know cooled well? if so try that on there.

No but I am thinking about getting another heat sink to test the temps. Maybe it is the Xigamatek and it is not seated well, even though I reseated it four times. So I am thinking about getting another heat sink and testing, which one should I get?
