Default GPU Temperature program?

Hey guys, im asking this on behalf of a friend of mine, is there a program out there that can monitor my graphic card's temperature? And also does anyone know the max i can overclock a Radeon 9550 256mb? Thanks for the help.

ATi Tool cna monitor your GPU temps, provided the card has a temperature sensor on it.

Just use ATi Tool and hit 'find max core' and 'find max mem' and go until it hits artifacts, then back it down a bit.
