GPU heatsink/fan question

I'll start with a description of my setup 750i FTW motherboard with two giant 9800GTX's side by side. I am wondering how GPU fan's and or heatsinks would even fit onto those. Is it possible?

I get the whole concept of heatsinks for processors but I can't picture how they would fit onto my graphics cards yet.
