Default gpu heatpipe?

*tears out some hair*
k, now Ive been searching for the past three hours and I cant find a heatpipe cooler thats compatable with geforce 6/7 series video cards, and I REFUSE to go with a water cooler....if anyone has any suggestions id be eternally greatful, btw cool site.

wait like a month, i think zalman is coming out with vf900 series that has heatpipes. Are you looking for a completly passive cooler or just a cooler with heatipipes. The VF700cu doesnt have heatpipes buts its a great cooler.

Get an NV Silencer. Its as silent as a passive cooler almost and give you double the performance of a passive heatpipe cooler. Also, if you wait for the vf900 it has a fan on it anyways so your better off getting an NVSilencer.

I would get teh VF-700CU its quite silent, you will most likeyl not hear it over your CPU fans or PSU fans.

well, I continued to check around for some good ones (since you guys provided me with info), and I think Ill go with the Zalman VF-700CU.
