i have an EVGA 7800GT gpu but during rendering or gaming my gpu gets to 75c ,that when my stuff starts freezing (or at least that what i think)does that mean that i have a bad gpu ?is there any way to solve this issue,i have good cooling in my case(6fans)...

Buy an oem GPU cooler like a zalman.

or get one of those pci slot coolers. they really help
