no he means fans to cool his radaiator with... i think... be more specific.... and if you do mean that the thing with radiators is they can be cooled with low speed 120mm fans that produce less noise but still move a fair bit of air... so i think you should stick with a low speed 120mm fan for ur radiator cooler

So what would be better to use as an intake fan on the side of my case, a 80mm, or 120mm?

120mm... you could spin it at lower rpms and it would move more air than a 80mm... but when you need it just turn it up to full rpms and itll blast away all cold air lol

Ok so what would be better, two 80mm, one above the pci, the other above the cpu, or one 120 in the middle on the side of my case?

put the 120 mm on the side right on top of where the cpu fan is so that it can intake air straight to the heatsink fan

You should be good just for the CPU,...a 9600 Pro doesnt run that hot, unless you over clock it. Judging from your 3DMark05 score, it doesnt apear that you have. And 2 80mm fans shouldnt be much more than 2 120mm fans. If you really want to cool your 9600Pro, I suggest an Artic Cooling VGA Silencer. I put one on my 9800Pro(R350) and OCed it quite a bit. And it can go higher!
