I highly doubt it's a stable 4.7GHz OC (no offence meant here), that's pretty much a 100% OC which on the AMD APUs simply do not happen. I would guess the software is telling you lies
You right, it didn't OC to 4.7GHz, it was actually showing a 4.1GHz on CPUZ ID, HW Monitor, and Core Temp.
It was reaching almost 70 celcius but never got there.
I turn off the OC when not gaming, but I do notice a major difference with the OC.
As I can play on max resolution without lag, and get more use out of my Graphics Card.
