Good program to test RAM performance

I'm looking for a good program to test the speed of my RAMz...

I'm going to be doing some tests like MCH 1333 vs 1600... 1T vs 2T... and other stuff just to see how much it really impacts performance.

Recommendations?

SiSoft Sandra has a couple excellent memory benchmark tests, and you can compare them with other systems, although the comparisons they have are a little off from the real thing. Also, I believe PCmark has a memory bandwidth test.

memtest only tests for error, not speed. at least thats what i thought, i havent used it in a while

MCH 1333 vs 1600 and 1T vs 2T? 1333 will beat 1600 and 1T will beat 2T.

The question should be, will the settings effect your your overclock and if so, will a a faster memory subsystem at a slightly slower cpu speed beat a slower memory subsystem at a slightly faster cpu speed?

I already know which of the two will be faster, what I want to see is how MUCH faster they are.

I think that is what I will end up testing, but first I need a benchmark that won't be too biased towards CPU or RAM speed.
