Default I would get the 256mb x1950xt instead of the 7950gt, your call though... video memory is really insignifigant unless you have a lot of textures, but even then you have 2gbs of RAM..

In my system I use this exact fan

My CPU Idles at about 28C and 31C at maximum load but I haven't OC'd anything yet and am only running at 2.40 ghz

I have a 400mm fan that should be for personal use but i just put it next to my open comp and its makes it ice cold!!!
