Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro should be at a good budget. It's great for Dual-Cores.

Your motherboard does not support the newer C2Ds, with a 1333MHz FSB. Only the older models with a 1066MHz FSB.

Yea your right hmmm... Well i guess maybe this 1.. i guess i wil be able to overclock it to over 3ghz is there ment to be any price drops in the c2d's

I'm sure the bottleneck wouldn't be noticeable with a C2D.

Why not save some money, and go for the E6320 or E6420. They will just as easily, reach over 3.0GHz as well.

Yea i might do that , my board dosnt support quads does it & all core 2 duos are dual core right ?

All Core 2 Duos are dual core processors. And you're correct. Your motherboard does not support quad core processors.
