Default Good CPU Test Program?

Hey,
I seem to be getting the odd comp problem the last day or two.
Watch a video and all the comp froze but vid played on..
City of Heroes just killed on me and was back to desktop

I ran Memtest86+ for overnight and no probs, ran Prime95 for 10 hours no prob..
Installed all the proper drivers and uninstalled the ones that normally cause problems..

What would a good CPU tester be?

Thanks,
Shawn

Stress Prime 2004

SP2004 sometimes people are prime95 stable but not SP2004 stable

The most intense CPU test I know of is S&M. It got my CPU up to 59c after 2 hours. Prime/SP2004 got it to 51c after 8 hours (those temps were with my old cooler). You can get it here:
http://www.benchmarkhq.ru/english.html?/be_cpu.html
Just scroll down until you see S&M.
