Good cooler for socket 939 90nm 3200+ ?

Going to OC this processor to around 2.4-2.6 Ghz and need a nice fan to keep it chilly. Can yall suggest any ? No water cooling !

it may soud a bit like a vacume cleaner at full but ul never need it that high btw what case do u have cos thats important if u wanna oc

i got a raidmax case from newegg. here's a link http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=11-156-148&DEPA=0 and i talked to many ppl on this forum that use it and they say the 6 fans keep it nice and cool and thanks for yalls suggestions but i have allready ordered now lol. got a thermaltake silent boost with some arctic 5 compound to use on it. it had good reviews where i checked and it was only $30.
