Default Good case for these cercumstances?

hey ive been reading a lot of pc mags in my free time in high school which is about 45minutes to an 1 1/2 hours a day. lol thats alot of free time. well i was wondering if this would make an ok permnant case. i was attachted the second i saw it and was hoping it could be used as a case because i cant stand to even think of the clutter in my pc case right now and i have a full tower ughhhhh!!!!!
so i was thinking of one of these bad boys
i mean it sounds awsome but is it ok to leave your pc on all the time without supervision in one of these things? i have a cofee table i could dedicate to it if i need to do so. but what happens if a little kid get curious am i toast along with my pc? well im willing to take the risk since i am the youngest tot around 15 lol. but im kinda sceptical of the safety and as i was reading dust. i think i could probably find an ez way to clean my pc mybey with a soft hose from the vac or what not.
can i use this Tech station as a permanent case?
