Default Good Barebones system?

What do you guys think of this? Also, does it come with XP?

I figure I can cannibalize my dells drives, Nvidia card and stuff for the rest.

That doesn't seem too bad for 300 bucks but then again I don't know anything about SOYO Cases and Power supplies or for that matter.

The board and processor are nice though.

That is not exactly the Barebones kit I bought from Tiger direct, but I will tell you what my experience is/was. It has been approx. 2 months since I bought mine and I haven't received the rebates yet. Of course they did say it could be 8 to 12 weeks. I have bought numerous things from Tigerdirect and always got good service. I will say that the kit I bought was advertised to include a 350watt power supply and what I got was a cheapo 250watt. Tiger direct said that I needed to contact Soyo about it. For the price I paid I'm just going to get a better power supply than what is included with the kit. Everything else is good. I got the exact same case that is in your link and I really like it.
