Question Good Or Bad?

I recently decided to build a new computer. So I used the site http://www.overclockers.co.uk to compile a list of the hardware that I thought would be adequate, and seeing as I'm not exactly the best at computers, I thought I'd ask some people who are. So here's my list, and btw, I haven't bought this yet so all suggestions and improvements are welcome.

I don't personally have much experience with high performance intel cpu's as the only intel computers i have are the 2.4 i have listed in my sig and a 600mhz PIII which needless to say both suck.

But i'm sure the 3.0 is powerful.
