i just did 3Dmark03 and got 3471.im pretty new at this.should it be this low with my current card?what can be tweaked to get it higher?

thats about right for that card acutally. in 2003 the 9600pro was still considered low end. my 3d mark 03 score were 7668-8000 depending on my clock, with my 6800. you could overclock it to up the score a little, but really you shouldnt see a big difference. i would actually just upgrade the card itself, seeing as this card is really out of date. im assuming you have AGP graphics slot correct? if so, let me know so i can reccomend you a card.

those are the only two cards i would upgrade to for AGP
