i've seen the reviews on newgg and they all say this is great ram but is it any good for overclocking?

my friend has the 1 gig version (2x512) its pretty good, but does tend to get alittle unstable and will restart his computerwhen hes using pinccle studio (spellcheck) for video editing, so hes looking to underclock it again since hes tired of losing information while working on his videos

i have the 1 gig hav not over clocked it but i would think it would do fine. i got mine about a week ago.
