Default GeForce FX5500

i refresh rate is set to 60hz, is this a good setting or should i set it to 70,72, or 75hz? thanks for the help.

Well I prefer a little higher refresh rate. 60 hurts my eyes and i notice the screen flashing. I have mine set to 100hz @ 1024x768 resolution. Set it a little higher and I bet youll notice a nice diffrence. The screen will look sharper and text will be easier to read. Try 85hz or something. or 75hz if thats the highest yours will go. Well thats on my CRT but if you have an LCD then the refresh rates are lower.

yea,i do have a LCD, but i will boost it somewhat.
