so wait..... quad sli in one single card? so... is it still going to be be possible to get two and put them in sli for technically octo-sli? or is only going to work with one card?

No no there's two GPU on one physical card, so put 4 of those cards in Quad-SLI and you've got Octo-SLI as you call it.

ohhhhh thanks for clearing that up. does anyone know about how much these may cost retail once they come out? im really thinking of getting a couple. (or maybe one @ first... then another if i want more eye candy in EQII. at any rate, one of these bad boys will definatly surpass any power my dual 7800gt's ever dreamed of comprehending.)

i didnt know there were any dual core gpu's out yet (by nvidia neway...) i though 7900GTX was the latest card out? 7900s are dual core?

I think the 7950GTX is a dual GPU based card... Not sure...

the dual gpu based card suck right now. no official driver support from nvidia. but when the g80s come out, im sure nvidia will put some new drivers out.
