Default fps?

so with full settings in CS:S stress test at 1440x900 i get around 90-100FPS with Dual 7600GS 512mb is this right? i was hoping on more seeing as i have dual videocards in sli mode
shpuld i be getting more or is this about right?

I would have thought more than that really. I max settings at 1280x1024 i get 102fps, with a 7900GT 256MB.

I was under the impression that SLId 7600s wiped the floor with a single 7900GT?

No.....the 7900GT will destroy two 7600's.

SLi really isn't that much better.

Yeah the only reason I have been told to get another 7900 GS was just for high aa and af at high resolutions.

What's wrong with 90-100fps? Your eyes cant see any better than 80fps.

and your refresh rate probably won't allow more than 60

I run a single 7600gt and get about 75fps with maxxed out settings at 1600x1200 in that game. It seems about right for SLi 7600GS' to get about that... you might also try overclocking them a bit.. but just keep in mind, your eyes can only see things at about 32fps... or so.
