Default Fixed CPU Multiplier?

So my E6600 has 6.0x and 9.0x for min / max multiplier. Wondering if I can set it to constantly be 9.0x, cause Everest is telling me it keeps changing over from 2ghz to 3ghz. (OCed to 333FSB)

92% of teenagers have put some stupid made up statistic in their signature. If you're one of the 8% that aren't quite as gulliable, copy this.
