First time poster/computer builder

he has a dvd burner in there, which will work as a cd-rom drive. With wireless mouse and keyboard, there is no lag, in fact, my wireless mouse beats any corded mouse out there.

SewerBeing, what brand of wireless keyboard/mice do you use? Logitech or MS? I just bought the MS one. Do you know how long the battery can go before they need to be recharged again? Thanks

is EQ2 DirectX based or OpenGL based, because if it is OpenGL based you might wanna get a ATI because they have better OpenGL support than nVidia.

EDIT: 6800 GT and the X800 PRO are basically the same price so it will be all good no matter what

And that 939 board is gonna be so sweet, because you know like in a couple years that mobo will still be good, because from what I understand that will become AMD's new standard and everything and it will be a snap to upgrade processors(if you want to of course)

No, actually, nVidia have a HUGE advantage in OpenGL, in doom 3 they get about 20 FPS move on AVG.
