Default First time ocing, need major help pls

As stated above, this will be my first time ocing anything, so i would really appreciate some assistance. My specs are:

core2 e6400
2x512 corsair ddr2 6400 xm2
asus p5n32sli dlx
2x7950 gt
aspire 600w

The only thing im really interested in ocing at the moment is the cpu. The mobo came with a nice little tweaking program, and i can do it in the bios, but i just have no idea what im doing and i dont want to mess anything up. Help a brother out please. Thanks

make small increment(+3-5) to the cpu clock.if everything is stable,no hangs or reboot by itself, increase more.if things starts to go hay wire, lower it first.if you cant even reboot, wait for awhile for system to cool down.if worse come to worse, reset bios.learn to reset first than start to research first on how to reset.there are different techniques for different motherboards.
