Are you sure you only want to spend $120 on a video card? That isn't going to get you much gaming performance out of your A64 PC. I would save around $250 and get a 6800NU or wait and get a 6600GT when it comes out for AGP.

based on what he's willin to spend and the parts he's gettin, i doubt he'd shell out for a 400-450(USD) gfx card. I'd recommend either a 9600xt if you really want to save, or a 6600/x700 for a bit more.

Wel the cheapest 6800GT is $339 i believe, and the cheapest 9600XT is $134...that's a $205 difference. Might not be able to afford taht big of a price jump...and plus the fact that is the CHEAPEST 6800GT...better ones are gonna be more.

I would suggest a 5900XT/9800PRO if you want a solid card that will still run Doom3 and the like.

My personal favorite:

A 9800 PRO will run anywhere between $150 and $250 depending on transfer rate and features. I suggest 256-bit, especially if you want good performance/overclocking headroom.

Hmm, the 9600 sounds like a good price and I'm definantly not going to pay that much for a card. Anyone have any suggestions on PCI Express Mobos? For the radeon xts.
