However, im not sure what memory i should get. Looking for
Speed: 400mhz
Size: 1gig
price: Under $135

what's the difference in PC2700 and PC3200? DO all DDR work?

I believe everything else should work. If anyone has a comment about it please say it. It's my first time building and im dont want to screw anything up

Thanks!

Nempo, your not going to find anything for that price along with those desired specs. PC3200 with dual 512mb sticks will cost you around 225$. Anything for 135$ wont be PC3200 running at 400mhz. That would really show negitive effects. So i really recommend getting PC3200.

Xteam02001, that link dont work. Anything 135$ USA is generic RAM, witch i dont suggest anyone getting.
