I've been interested in making my own budget comp for a while now.....Anyways I'll be using this for occasional gaming....games such as BFV and City Of Heroes.....I've been playing these now on my store bought ComPaq...and the onboard graphics and stuff dont bother me too much so spending 200+ on a video card was really uneccesary so i setteld on a cheaper vid card....anyways heres what i've come up with...any suggestions are welcomed Btw my budget is no more that $1000 (no monitor needed)

pretty good, looks like my setup. i really like the mobo you choose
especially the color it runs great with the 64

"Budget" system with a WD Raptor ? Get a normal 7200 rpm HD and spend the extra on a 9600XT and/or a 3200+. Dump the crappy soundcard and use onboard sound. I have heard nothing bad about that soundcard but up to you. Other than that, looks great !
